Returns: 

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

If for any reason you want to return the item you purchased from us, you have a full right of return for 14 days from the date you purchased the item from us. And it's perfectly okay to change your mind.

Pack the item in the original packaging and use the return form that is always included with the shipment. You must pay return postage. We will then credit you the value of the item as soon as we have received it back. We use Vipps and Klarna and there is no problem in getting the money back to you.

Contact reidar@grafikkogmusikk.no with your order number. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.

Norway: 

Free shipping on all orders over 1,000 NOK. 

Orders below this threshold are charged at standard PostNord rates. Delivery within 2–4 working days.

International: 

We ship worldwide via PostNord and DHL. 

Costs calculated at checkout. Delivery typically 5–10 working days for Europe, 10–20 days for the rest of the world.

VAT

Norwegian orders include 25% VAT. International orders are shipped VAT-free. Customers outside Norway may be subject to local import duties on delivery.
